"Sirat", nominada a dos Globus d'Or: millor pel·lícula de parla no anglesa i millor banda sonora

La pel·lícula "Sirat" suma dues nominacions més a la llarga llista de premis als quals aspira. La coproducció catalana d'Oliver Laxe ha estat nominada com a millor pel·lícula de parla no anglesa i millor banda sonora als Globus d'Or 2026. 

La 83a edició d'aquests premis, considerats l'avantsala dels Oscars, s'ha fixat en aquest film protagonitzat per Sergi López, que també opta als Premis de la Crítica Cinematogràfica com a millor pel·lícula estrangera i millor so.

Justament la setmana passada el setmanari The New Yorker va elegir "Sirat" com la millor pel·lícula de l'any. Estrenada al maig al Festival de Canes, on es va endur el guardó a millor banda sonora, el film ha guanyat nou premis i acumula prop d'una trentena de nominacions.

A més, és la pel·lícula elegida per l'Acadèmia de Cine espanyola per competir als Oscars, i el 16 de desembre se sabrà si l'Acadèmia de Hollywood la inclou entre les cinc nominades a millor pel·lícula internacional. 

"Sirat" segueix un pare que busca la seva filla per les festes "rave" clandestines del sud del Marroc, un país que el director Oliver Laxe coneix perquè hi va viure.
